DESCRIPTION

Designed by Erik Wørts for IKEA in Denmark during the 1960s-70s, this is the Exclusive writing desk. It has a Santos rosewood veneered top and body on solid legs, and its drawer fronts are laid in a patchwork of contrasting Santos rosewood grain. The left side holds three drawers, the top one lockable, and the right side has a lockable drop-front compartment. The back is finished in the same Santos rosewood with open shelves, so the desk can stand freely in the middle of a room. Our team has fully restored and refinished it.
